特朗普发推提主张：美国和欧盟同时取消所有关税

当地时间周二（24日），美国总统特朗普发布推文，主张美国和欧盟同时取消所有关税、壁垒以及补贴。

特朗普在推文中称，“欧盟明天将前往华盛顿商讨贸易协议。我有个主张，美国和欧盟同时取消所有关税、壁垒以及补贴。那样最终会被视为自由市场和公平贸易！希望他们能做到，我们是已经做好了准备——但他们不会。”

美国6月1日起向欧盟、加拿大和墨西哥的钢铝产品加征高关税，同时正在考虑向这三方的汽车及其零配件加征关税。美国政府还对其他国家采取关税制裁。

对此，欧盟经济和金融事务委员皮埃尔·莫斯科维奇22日说，美国政府对欧盟的贸易制裁“不合适”，陷入贸易争端的欧美本应“像盟友一样”行事。

容克定于25日访问美国，会见美国总统特朗普。在美国政府挑起对欧贸易争端的背景下，容克此行能否缓和局势，防止对峙升级，成为国际舆论关注焦点。

有媒体分析指出，面对公开把欧盟称为“敌人”的特朗普，容克这次也是有备而来，一方面坚持强硬立场和做好反制准备，另一方面表示愿意通过谈判解决争端。但欧盟“软硬兼施”的策略能否奏效，仍存变数。

欧盟方面多次表示，如果美欧会谈不利，则也已备好后手：美方若执意出台汽车税，欧盟已在考虑反制清单，其中将考虑对美产煤炭、药品和化学产品等征收报复性关税。此前，欧盟已经警告美国，如对全球实施汽车税，将引发全面贸易战，全球反制措施将涉及3000亿美元的美国产品，即涵盖美国对外出口19%的产品。
